- Email support with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- Do not mail items back unless instructed.
- We cover all costs for replacement shipments.
📏 Sizing and Buyer’s Remorse
- Every product page features a detailed size chart.
- Please review the size chart before purchasing.
- We cannot offer refunds for incorrect size choices.
- We cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
- Print-on-demand items are uniquely custom-made for you.
- We do not maintain a warehouse for inventory exchanges.
📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Every order includes package tracking numbers.
- Check tracking links for transit updates.
- Contact the carrier for local delivery delays.
- For packages marked "delivered" but missing, check with neighbors.
- We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- You must pay new shipping fees for reshipments due to bad addresses.
- Report packages lost in transit within 30 days of estimated delivery.
