  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST ship next day.
  • Exclusions: We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipment Tracking
  • Email Notification: Sent automatically when your package labels print.
  • Tracking Link: Included in the confirmation email to monitor progress.
  • Activation Time: Please allow 24 hours for tracking data to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
  • Reporting window: Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Required proof: Send photos of the damaged packaging and t-shirt.
  • Resolution: We will issue a free replacement or full refund.
